How do you master your emotions and enjoy greater happiness and success in your life?

Masha Malka is living proof of what can happen if human potential is allowed to express itself. Leaving the only life and country she had known, Masha Malka’s life was turned upside down at the age of 17, when her family fled the Soviet Union as Jewish refugees.

With determination like nothing she had known before, Masha committed to doing whatever it took to turn her life around. With no money, no knowledge of the English language, no contacts or friends to turn to for help and a very different mindset, Masha studied full time while working two or three jobs in order to get ahead and achieve her dreams.

Fast-Forward – Masha became the best-selling author and founder of The One Minute Coach™ educational system. She has worked as an executive coach for over 15 years, built a successful import and distribution company; taught Business Leadership at MUIC, won Ballroom competitions, and received her Master’s Degree in Higher Education while raising three children.
