After spending 10 years in corporate sales, Ryan Hodge left a successful position to sell Real Estate. In 2009, Ryan's first year in Real Estate he sold 117 homes positioning himself as a leader inside of the Canadian Market Place.

He went on to start a large Real Estate team and in 2013 opened up an independent real estate brokerage, The Realty Firm Inc. which is one of Canada's fastest growing independent Real Estate Companies.

In 2015 Ryan began a life altering transformation in Body, Mind and Spirit in order to serve and support others better. He was recently recognized as London, Ontario's Top 20 under 40 Business People by Business London Magazine and is currently launching a new Coaching and Speaking Platform for those who want to make changes in all areas of life along with Real Estate training.

Ryan believes that the key to productivity is in finding the "Path to the Highest Self" and has spoken to over 25,000 real estate professionals.
