Joseph Varghese is a Peak Performance Coach and Co-Organizer of
the New York Power Team, New York's largest monthly personal
development and leadership meetup.
Joseph left a successful career as a technology management
consultant to find his true purpose shortly after 9/11. He went on
to build several community themed projects and businesses, and is
passionate about empowering others to stay focused, driven and
living their highest potential.
In 2005, Joseph began facilitating Success Circles, a Peer-to-Peer coaching program pairing members up as accountability partners to reach their dreams by course-correcting daily. In 2014, he launched www.PeerMomentum.com, a virtual Mastermind community inspiring members to focus on growth and to live courageously. Both Success Circles and PeerMomentum are the ultimate blend of productivity and relationships, delivering the highest impact. Each member is a success story.
During this interview, Joseph shares his personal journey of discovery, how his upbringing prepared him for his purpose, along with some of the people and resources that helped him clarify his purpose and direction.
Joseph also describes the framework they use in their peer accountability community, what questions to ask, how they structure their calls, and the increase in confidence, connection, and productivity members experience as a result. He also addresses the importance of closing the loop on incomplete tasks, how to prioritize your time, and get more accomplish each day.
